Our exchange and return period is 15 calendar days from the date your order is received at your home, or from the date you receive the pick-up notice from our showroom if you chose this option (Gta. Fernando Quiñones S/N Edificio Centris 1, Bajo, local 10B. 41940 Tomares, Seville).
Changes in our showroom :
You can exchange your item in our showroom (Gta. Fernando Quiñones S/N Edificio Centris 1, Bajo, local 10B. 41940 Tomares, Seville) for another item or a non-expiring voucher exclusive to our showroom.
Changes to our website:
On our website, you can also request an exchange (for size or color, as long as it's the same item) in the exchanges and returns panel.
Returns:
To return a product, please send it to our facilities (Gta. Fernando Quiñones S/N Edificio Centris 1, Bajo, local 10B. 41940 Tomares, Seville). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Remember that items must be in perfect condition and have tags attached; otherwise, the return may be rejected.
For hygiene reasons, accessories, bikinis, and swimsuits that do not have the hygienic adhesive that protects them cannot be exchanged or returned.
